There's no place like home for Starmount, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the West Wilkes Blackhawks on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Rams: when they faced off against the Blackhawks on September 4th, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Starmount's victory bumped their record up to 11-8. As for West Wilkes, with the loss, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 6-8.

Looking ahead, Starmount will take on North Wilkes at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Vikings will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something the Rams surely won't give up without a fight. As for West Wilkes, they will square off against Elkin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
