Volleyball Recap: Fall River Takes a Loss

Fall River was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Redding Christian Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-18.

Fall River's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Redding Christian, their record now sits at 8-4-3.

Fall River wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Corning on the 13th. As for Redding Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Quincy on the 6th.
