The Titans lost against the Flyers in their previous head to head back in November of 2019, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 50-28 score last time.

Kendrick Lyons continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for East St. Louis, throwing for 434 yards and six touchdowns while completing 90.5% of his passes, and also rushing for 37 yards. Those 37 rushing yards gave Lyons a new career-high. Christopher Bennett was Lyons' top target, picking up 145 receiving yards and four touchdowns.

Glenwood moved to 9-3 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak. As for East St. Louis, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-1.
