Basketball Recap: Bethlehem Snags 14th Victory in Last 15 Games

If Northside Methodist Academy wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Bethlehem, they should've done a better job of containing Kolton Amerson. The Bethlehem Wildcats came out on top against the Northside Methodist Academy Knights by a score of 59-49 on Monday thanks in part to Amerson, who posted 22 points. The game was his sixth in a row with at least ten points.

Another player making a difference was Landon Lentz, who had eight points. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

Bethlehem has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-2 record this season. As for Northside Methodist Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-20.

Bethlehem wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 70-29 win against Covenant Christian on the 28th. Northside Methodist Academy has also already played their next game (against Ariton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
