Basketball Game Preview: Conard Red Wolves vs. Bristol Central Rams

The Conard Red Wolves will head out to square off against the Bristol Central Rams at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Conard is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They walked away with a 55-47 victory over Southington on Saturday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Meanwhile, Bristol Central put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Farmington 76-44.

Bristol Central's victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.4 points per game. As for Conard, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.
