Stuarts Draft has gone 9-0-1 against Riverheads recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Cougars are taking a road trip to challenge the Gladiators at 7:00 p.m. Stuarts Draft is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.4 goals per game this season.

On Friday, Stuarts Draft came up short against Wilson Memorial and fell 4-2.

Jaime Loya wasn't going to let the Hornets walk away unscathed as he scored both of the Cougars' goals, bringing his season total up to 20 goals.

Meanwhile, Riverheads was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 8-0 to Waynesboro. While losing is never fun, Riverheads can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 270th, while Waynesboro are ranked 49th).

Stuarts Draft now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Riverheads, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.

Stuarts Draft got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in March against Riverheads by a conclusive 4-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
