Baseball Recap: San Juan Hills Comes Up Short

San Juan Hills managed to slip by Beckman the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Stallions came up short against the Patriots on Wednesday, falling 10-2. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Stallions, who until this matchup were averaging 3.93 runs allowed.

GARRETT GANDOLFO made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles and one run. Those doubles were his first of the season.

San Juan Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 16-11. As for Beckman, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-9-1.

While San Juan Hills had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
