Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Royal Valley). They took their contest on Monday with ease, bagging an 83-49 victory over the Pleasant Ridge Rams. The match was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Panthers had established a 25 point advantage.

Despite the loss, Pleasant Ridge still got an impressive performance from Canon Duncan, who went 7 of 11 en route to 15 points and four steals. That's the most points Duncan has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Hudson Hockett, who earned seven points.

Royal Valley's win bumped their record up to 4-9-2. As for Pleasant Ridge, they dropped their record down to 5-11 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Royal Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 72-41 defeat against Rossville on the 11th. As for Pleasant Ridge, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 69-32 loss against Troy on the 11th.
