Aspen waltzed into their match on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Roaring Fork Rams. The Skiers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rams, too.

Aspen had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-16, 25-23, 25-15.

Andrea Lee paced Aspen's offense, picking up 11 kills. Lee got some help from Belle Sinclair and her 16 assists. Lee was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Aspen's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Roaring Fork, the defeat was their first at home , dropping their record down to 4-10.

Aspen wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Jefferson Academy on the 27th. As for Roaring Fork, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Gunnison on the 3rd.
