Soccer Recap: Mt. Pulaski Comes Up Short

Mt. Pulaski lost against Abingdon/Avon back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hilltoppers came up short against the Tornadoes, falling 9-0.

Mt. Pulaski's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Abingdon/Avon, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-3-1.

Mt. Pulaski wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 6-3 defeat against Argenta-Oreana on the 11th. As for Abingdon/Avon, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Manual on the 10th.
