Volleyball Recap: Jasper Takes a Loss

Jasper was the 2-0 winner over Chanute when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles fell 2-0 to the Blue Comets on Saturday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Alivea Roberts paced Jasper's offense, picking up four kills. Roberts got some help from Lexi Rice and her four assists.

Jasper's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Chanute, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Jasper didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against St. Mary's-Colgan on the 13th. As for Chanute, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Neosho on the 13th.
