Recap: Bronaugh Wildcats vs. Rich Hill Tigers
The Bronaugh Wildcats lost against the Rich Hill Tigers back in December of 2017, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Bronaugh ended up on the wrong side of a rough 57-31 walloping at the hands of Rich Hill. Bronaugh has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Gretchen Banes, who almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine rebounds. Banes hasn't dropped below nine rebounds for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Jada Brundridge, who scored six points along with six steals.
Bronaugh has been struggling recently as they've lost 15 of their last 17 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-21 record this season. As for Rich Hill, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-13.
