Basketball Recap: Chapin Eagles vs. Dutch Fork Silver Foxes
Chapin lost against Dutch Fork back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Chapin Eagles lost 60-34 to the Dutch Fork Silver Foxes. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 74th, while the Silver Foxes are ranked sixth).
When it comes to explaining why Chapin lost, don't look at Brooke Holmes. Despite the final result, she posted ten points in addition to five rebounds and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Atyria Douglas, who had eight points and five boards.
