Football Game Preview: Creston/Orient-Macksburg vs. Lewis Central

If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Lewis Central. They will challenge Creston/Orient-Macksburg on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Creston/Orient-Macksburg will need to watch out since Lewis Central have now posted big point totals in their last four contests.

Lewis Central were fully in charge last week, breezing past Jefferson 56-0. Followers of Lewis Central probably expected little less of the team in a season in which they have collected four blowout victories.

Meanwhile, Creston/Orient-Macksburg came up short against Bondurant-Farrar, falling 13-21. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Creston/Orient-Macksburg.

Lewis Central's win lifted them to 4-0 while Creston/Orient-Macksburg's loss dropped them down to 1-3. We'll see if Lewis Central's success rolls on or if Creston/Orient-Macksburg are able to steal their positive momentum.
