Recap: Coleville Wolves vs. Pyramid Lake Lakers
The Coleville Wolves lost against the Pyramid Lake Lakers on January 5th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The game between the two teams wasn't particularly close, with Coleville falling 51-34. They have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Pyramid Lake's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Takoda Rivers, who scored 14 points along with seven rebounds. Rylen Patrick was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Coleville bumped their record down to 1-10 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Pyramid Lake, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.
Coleville and Smith Valley will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 23rd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. One thing working in Smith Valley's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six matches. As for Pyramid Lake, they will head out on the road to challenge Whittell at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
