Montini Catholic has gone 8-2 against Resurrection recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Broncos will head out on the road to challenge the Bandits at 10:00 a.m. Montini Catholic is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.

Montini Catholic had taken Loyola Academy down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Thursday. The Broncos took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ramblers. That's two games in a row now that the Broncos have lost by exactly four runs.

Mother McAuley hit Resurrection with a five-run fifth inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Bandits fell just short of the Mighty Macs by a score of 11-10. The Bandits have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Resurrection now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Montini Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-12.

Montini Catholic came out on top in a nail-biter against Resurrection in their previous meeting back in April, sneaking past 1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Broncos since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
