Basketball Recap: New Hampstead Comes Up Short

New Hampstead was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They took a blow against the Ware County Gators, falling 65-24. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Phoenix this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 81-2 on January 7th.

New Hampstead's record is now 2-14. As for Ware County, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-4 record this season.
