Basketball Recap: Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe Comes Up Short

Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe was the 57-43 winner over Ringgold when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe Warriors fell 64-51 to the Ringgold Tigers on Tuesday.

Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe's loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Ringgold, they moved to 9-8 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe will look to defend their home court on Friday against Union County at 8:30 p.m. As for Ringgold, they will head out to take on North Murray at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. North Murray knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matches -- so hopefully Ringgold likes a good challenge.
