Otay Ranch barely beat Mater Dei Catholic the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Mustangs were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Crusaders on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Mustangs have posted against the Crusaders since October 13, 2023.

While Otay Ranch won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-19, 25-23.
