JENNA RIDLEY leads Empire to victory over Cholla

The Empire Ravens had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They enjoyed a cozy 39-25 victory over Cholla. For Empire, this counts as revenge for the 49-9 loss Cholla walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2022.

JENNA RIDLEY was the offensive standout of the match as she scored 25 points along with 3 steals. Another player making a difference was ADDYSON KEELING, who scored 8 points.

Empire's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Cholla, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Empire will head out on the road to face off against Walden Grove at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cholla, they will be playing at home against Metro Tech at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
