The Raleigh-Egypt Pharaohs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their eighth straight loss. They lost to Craigmont on the road by a decisive 40-26 margin. Raleigh-Egypt has struggled against Craigmont recently, as their match on Tuesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Craigmont found their leader in underclassman Jala Wilson, who scored 14 points along with nine rebounds and five blocks. Wilson has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last eight times she's played. Nijah Means was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with six assists and two steals.

Raleigh-Egypt dropped their record down to 2-9 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 23.0 points per game. As for Craigmont, their win bumped their record up to 5-11.

Coincidentally, Raleigh-Egypt and Craigmont will both be playing Millington Central the next time they take the court. Craigmont will head out to face Millington Central at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Raleigh-Egypt will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
