Opelousas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 6-1 to the Westminster Academy Crusaders. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Opelousas' loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Westminster Academy, their win bumped their record up to 2-4-1.

Opelousas didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-1 defeat against Erath on the 14th. Westminster Academy has also already played their next matchup (against Lafayette Christian Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
