Football Game Preview: Eldorado Eagles vs. Harper Longhorns + How To Watch

The Eldorado Eagles will head out on the road to square off against the Harper Longhorns at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Harper took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Eldorado, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, Eldorado slipped by Miles 13-12.

Eldorado found their leader in sophomore Kane Brock, who rushed for 115 yards, and also caught one score.

Eldorado didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Brindon Gamez and Jonnierae Adame.

Meanwhile, Harper played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Ozona and fell 68-19. The Longhorns were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-6.

The victory got Eldorado back to even at 2-2. As for Harper, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 2-2.

Eldorado strolled past Harper when the teams last played back in September of 2024 by a score of 30-13. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
