Baseball Game Preview: Cosby Eagles vs. Tri-Cities Christian Eagles

Cosby will head out on the road to take on Tri-Cities Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Cosby and three for Tri-Cities Christian.

Cosby couldn't beat Oakdale on Friday even though they stacked four runs on them in the first inning. Cosby came up short against Oakdale, falling 16-5.

Cosby saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jackson Brannon, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double. Another was Draidan Sneed, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Tri-Cities Christian came up short against Johnson County on Thursday and fell 8-3.

Cosby's defeat dropped their record down to 5-18. As for Tri-Cities Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.
