Volleyball Recap: Benjamin Buccaneers vs. Palmer Trinity Falcons
Benjamin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Palmer Trinity Falcons. The Buccaneers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2022.
Benjamin may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 12 points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-12.
Benjamin's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Palmer Trinity, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.
Benjamin will take on NSU University at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Palmer Trinity, they are on the road again on Saturday to play North Broward Prep at 1:00 p.m.
