Basketball Recap: Luck Comes Up Short

Luck was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Siren Dragons, falling 61-30. The Cardinals were not able to make up for their loss to the Dragons from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Luck's record is now 5-7. As for Siren, their victory was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Luck will host Cumberland at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Luck is facing Cumberland at the right time seeing as Cumberland is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. Siren has already played their next contest (against Webster), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
