Volleyball Recap: Lord Botetourt Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Lord Botetourt extended their losing streak to three on Tuesday, dropping them down to 3-5. They lost 3-0 to the Franklin County Eagles. The Cavaliers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

As for Franklin County, the victory got them back to even at 4-4. Winning may never get old, but they sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Franklin County was led to victory by Skye Carter and Laila Randal. Carter had 16 assists and seven digs, while Randal had seven assists and two aces.

Lord Botetourt wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Staunton River on the 25th. As for Franklin County, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Alleghany on the 27th.
