Baseball Recap: Eastmont Takes a Loss

Eastmont blew Moses Lake out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Friday Moses Lake got their revenge. The Wildcats fell just short of the Mavericks by a score of 8-6. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Mavericks earlier this season, when they won 9-1.

Max Aman and Tyse Lewallen did some serious damage despite the final result: Aman went 1-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double, while Lewallen got on base in three of his six plate appearances with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Eastmont's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Moses Lake, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 12-7 record.

As of now, neither Eastmont nor the Mavericks have any future games scheduled.
