McQueen has gone 8-2 against Carson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Lancers will square off against the Senators at 3:30 p.m. McQueen is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.6 runs per game this season.

McQueen's tournament run continued when they took on Reno on Saturday. The Lancers walked away with a 7-3 victory over the Huskies. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lancers.

The team relied heavily on Chloe Jaborski, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and one RBI. Ashlyn Guber was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

McQueen was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .304 or higher in five consecutive contests.

Meanwhile, Carson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Bishop Manogue, falling 7-0.

Carson saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cali Stagliano, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

McQueen's win bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Carson, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 6-8.

McQueen was able to grind out a solid victory over Carson in their previous matchup back in May of 2025, winning 8-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lancers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
