Baseball Game Preview: Medford Mustangs vs. Lynn Classical Rams

Medford is preparing for their first league matchup of the season on Monday. They will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on the Lynn Classical Rams at 4:15 p.m.

Medford is headed into their home opener looking to turn things around after starting their season on the road. They fell 7-4 to Mystic Valley Regional on Saturday.

Medford saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trav Moodie, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Meanwhile, Lynn Classical posted their closest win since May 13, 2024 on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Lynnfield, sneaking past 5-4. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rams.
