            The Roy Royals will face off against the Bonneville Lakers at 5:15  p.m.  on Wednesday. Bonneville took a loss in their last  match and will be looking to turn the tables on Roy, who comes in off a win.
Having struggled with seven  losses in a row, Roy  turned things around against Northridge  on Friday. They walked away with  a   53-42  victory over the Knights. The Royals' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  points they've scored all season.

Roy relied on the efforts of   Ariana Strain, who  went 5 of 8  en route to 14  points and five  rebounds, and   Rihanna May, who  posted 15 points and three  steals. The dominant performance also gave  Strain a new career-high in  assists (four). Another player making a difference was  Jerzee Hart, who  had ten points and eight  rebounds.
 Roy  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with ten  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least eight  offensive rebounds in six consecutive  games.
 Meanwhile, Bonneville was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. 2025 welcomed they with  a  56-31 loss courtesy of Clearfield. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  loss the Lakers have suffered  since November 26, 2024.
 Roy's win  ended  a  three-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 3-7. As for Bonneville, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.
 Roy skirted past Bonneville  44-41 in their previous matchup  back in February of 2024. Does  Roy have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bonneville turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
