St. Mary Catholic entered their tilt with Reedsville on Thursday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 3-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Zephyrs also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

St. Mary Catholic had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-15, 25-23, 25-12.

Autumn Crowe paced St. Mary Catholic's offense, picking up 11 kills. Crowe got some help from Sammi Weiss and her 24 assists. Luci Nackers controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

St. Mary Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Reedsville, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
