Volleyball Recap: St. David's Comes Up Short + How To Watch

St. David was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Gaston Christian Eagles. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-19.

St. David's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Gaston Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

St. David's didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Charlotte Latin on the 9th. As for Gaston Christian, they have also already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Ambassador Christian School on the 12th.
