Basketball Recap: Memphis Comes Up Short

Memphis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 53-31 to the Quanah Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 50-37 back in December of 2025.

Memphis' defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Quanah, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Memphis will face off against Wellington at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Quanah, they will square off against Childress at 6:15 p.m. on Monday.
