Volleyball Recap: Starmont Takes a Loss

Starmont lost against Maquoketa Valley back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Stars fell 2-0 to the Wildcats. The Stars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Starmont's loss dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Maquoketa Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 8-12.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Starmont will challenge rival North Linn at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Maquoketa Valley is set to square off against their familiar foe Edgewood-Colesburg at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
