Football Recap: Collinsville Kahoks vs. Cahokia Comanches        
        
		
             After soaring to 48  points the game before, Collinsville was a bit more limited  in their  matchup  on Friday. They took  a  26-9 bruising from the Cahokia Comanches. The  game marked the Kahoks' lowest-scoring  match so far this season.
  Chase Reynolds rushed for 60 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 101 yards  on ten of 18 attempts.  
 Loyal Patterson was his top target, picking up 36 receiving yards.  On the ground, 
 Rome Richardson rushed for 67 yards.
  Zion Taylor was  his usual excellent self, throwing for 244 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.1 yards per attempt, and also punching in a touchdown on the ground for Cahokia.  Hartles Holman was  Taylor's top target, picking up 129 receiving yards and a touchdown.
 Collinsville's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Cahokia, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with the  victory, which was their fifth straight  at home.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Collinsville will venture away from home to  square off against Triad  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Triad's defense has only allowed 13.8  points per game  this season, so Collinsville's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Cahokia, they will head out on the road to  face off against  Sycamore  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Sycamore will roll in looking for their  ninth straight  win, something Cahokia surely won't give up without a fight.
