Volleyball Recap: Brackenridge Comes Up Short at Home Against John F. Kennedy

Brackenridge unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the John F. Kennedy Rockets on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Rockets: they've now lost four in a row.

Brackenridge was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-16, 25-19.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brackenridge will host Edison at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for John F. Kennedy, they will be taking part in a tournament against Burbank at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday.
