Recap: Stockbridge Tigers vs. Pace Academy Knights
The Stockbridge Tigers can now show off 12 landslide victories after their most recent match on Monday. They breezed by Pace Academy on the road to the tune of 81-49. Stockbridge's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Carrington Wilson was her usual excellent self, scoring 25 points along with eight rebounds and seven assists. She hasn't dropped below two steals for 11 straight games. Jayla Fulks was another key contributor, scoring 22 points.
Stockbridge's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-6. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.8 points per game. As for Pace Academy, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-5.
Stockbridge will head out on the road to square off against Hampton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pace Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Woodland at 5:30 p.m. on January 30th.
