Josh Colaizzi posted a new career-high in stolen bases on Monday. He went 1-for-4 with four stolen bases and three runs. He was dominant the last time he took on Elgin back in April of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming. Colaizzi has become a key player for Bartlett: the team is 8-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 4-12-1 otherwise.

Colaizzi's strong effort led Bartlett over Elgin and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
