Volleyball Recap: Yankton Comes Up Short

Yankton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Bennington Badgers. The Bucks/Gazelles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Badgers from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

Yankton's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Bennington, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Yankton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against South Sioux City on the 30th. As for Bennington, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Norfolk on the 30th.
