Basketball Recap: Ashland Comes Up Short

If Ashland was riding high fresh off their 58-25 takedown of Bellingham last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Ashland Clockers were beaten by the Westwood Wolverines 63-24 on Friday. The Clockers haven't had much luck with the Wolverines recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Ashland's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Westwood, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-5.

Ashland will head out to face off against Norwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westwood, they will look to defend their home court on Sunday against Xaverian Brothers at 2:00 p.m.
