Volleyball Recap: Montpelier Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Montpelier lost against Enosburg Falls back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Solons fell 3-1 to the Hornets. The Solons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-22, 21-25, 25-19.

Abigail Hess paced Montpelier's offense, picking up six kills. Hess got some help from Neiro Damon and her 11 assists. Ava Andreoletti controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Annalise Robtoy was a one-woman wrecking crew For Enosburg Falls. as she had ten digs and ten aces. Colleen Robtoy was another key player, getting seven digs and four aces.

Montpelier's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Enosburg Falls, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-2.

Looking ahead, Montpelier will venture away from home to challenge Harwood at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Enosburg Falls, they will host Colchester at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
