Advance is a perfect 10-0 against Bernie since September of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Hornets will face off against the Mules at 7:30 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Tuesday, Advance made easy work of Bloomfield and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hornets.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Advance was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-13, 25-12.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Monday Bernie sidestepped Puxico for a 3-2 win. The victory continues a trend for the Mules in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won four in a row.

Advance's win bumped their record up to 16-13. As for Bernie, their victory bumped their record up to 22-8-1.

Advance was able to grind out a solid win over Bernie in their previous meeting back in September, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hornets since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
