Baseball Recap: South Haven Comes Up Short

South Haven was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 10-0 to Conway Springs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Conway Springs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-1 on Monday.

South Haven's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Conway Springs, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-11.

Coming up, South Haven will welcome Cedar Vale on Thursday. The Broncos' pitching crew has only allowed 2.1 runs per game this season, so the Cardinals' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Conway Springs, they will head out on the road to square off against Chaparral at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
