A Season-Best Performance from Tyler Hannon Leads Paoli over North Knox

On Friday, Paoli got the W thanks in part to Tyler Hannon playing the best football he has all season. Hannon rushed for 143 yards and three touchdowns.

The win for Paoli keeps them at an undefeated 9-0. Hannon and Paoli will welcome Eastern at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Big Game from Hamilton As Springs Valley Won 49-0

Christian Hamilton was instrumental in extending Springs Valley's winning streak to six on Friday. North Daviess had no answer to Hamilton as he rushed for 166 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries. Hamilton really tore up the turf during one magnificent 79-yard run.

North Daviess' probably not too fond of Hamilton given he always seems to get the better of them. Hamilton rushed for 90 yards and a touchdown on only six carries the last time he and the Cougars duked it out back in October of 2023.

Springs Valley Wins Sixth-Straight Thanks to James Walls

James Walls's big game helped extend Springs Valley's winning streak to six on Friday. Walls was unstoppable, picking up 91 receiving yards and a touchdown. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing a fumble and making three total tackles in addition to snagging an interception.

This year, Walls has caught 8 touchdowns while averaging 63.4 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season, he had two receiving touchdowns.

Paoli picked up their ninth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Fletcher Cole. Nobody could stop Cole as he rushed for 87 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries.

This season, Cole has averaged 38.6 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after nine games last season, he was only averaging 49.11 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 95 rushing yards.

Blake Buchanan was instrumental in extending Springs Valley's winning streak to six on Friday. Buchanan rushed for 19 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 91 yards and a touchdown. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in August.

For the year, Buchanan has thrown 10 touchdowns while averaging 77.4 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after nine games last season, he had two rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to six.
