Lodi won the last time they faced Kimball and things went their way on Thursday too. The Lodi Flames' defense stepped up to hand the Kimball Jaguars a 4-0 shutout. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Flames.

Lodi now has a winning record of 6-5-4. As for Kimball, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Lodi and Kimball could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. Lodi (ranked 508th) will meet Lincoln (ranked 103rd) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Kimball will square off against St. Mary's at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday down 570 places (1013 vs. 443).
