Longmeadow strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Everything went their way against Baystate Academy as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 8th.

Longmeadow never let Baystate Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-22, 25-18.

Angela Humble paced Longmeadow's offense, picking up 25 kills. Humble got some help from Chloe Scott and her 36 assists. Tess Tonsing controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Longmeadow's victory bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Baystate Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-7.

Looking ahead, Longmeadow will head out on the road to face off against Minnechaug Regional at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Baystate Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Putnam Vo-Tech at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
