After losing to Leland the last time they met, Riverside decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bulldogs escaped with a win on Tuesday against the Cubs by the margin of a single free throw, 34-33.

Riverside's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Leland, they dropped their record down to 2-2 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
