Volleyball Recap: Orrick Comes Up Short

Orrick managed to slip by North Platte the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bearcats lost 3-0 to the Panthers on Tuesday. The Bearcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Orrick was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-23, 25-21.

Orrick's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for North Platte, the victory snapped their losing streak at six matches and leaves them with a 3-15 record.

Orrick has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Wellington-Napoleon on the 2nd. As for North Platte, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Penney on the 2nd.
