Softball Recap: Hemlock Comes Up Short

Hemlock managed to slip by Shepherd the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Huskies came up short against the Bluejays on Friday, falling 17-4. The Huskies were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bluejays apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Hemlock's loss dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Shepherd, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 19-11.

Coming up, Hemlock will square off against Freeland at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shepherd, they will challenge Alma at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
